so, after updating the Android web view I am now able to log in and use the app. over all the app works fine. I just recommend having maybe a better layout as well as finger print sign in. it's one of the few apps I have that doesn't have that as an option yet and it'd be a nice upgrade, just sayin from a user point of view 👍😊 Galaxy s7 latest firmware
It's no longer working. ME: I keep getting "error loading data" then it closes the app.My operating system is 4.4.2. Please look all the feedback regarding this on the Google Marketplace. Is there going to be a fix for this or do we have to upgrade our phones just to see your account balance? Travis CU: Due to the security features you would have to update your system to the 4.4.3 or higher. Most members can still see their balances via the internet on their phone. The app will just not work. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Creating this review to report a technical issue. Phone: LG5 This phone has two camera lenses that are used together for wider shots, but you have the ability to switch to one lens if desired for a normal shot. Issue with: Mobile Deposit Description of Issue: Camera will not focus nor allow me to 'tap' on screen to focus when using mobile deposit. All photos are too blurry to make anything out and thus I can't use mobile deposit anymore. Background: I have been using this phone, LG5, for the better part of a year without this issue. I attempted to let more light in the room and different backgrounds, but it didn't make any difference. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that also didn't make a difference.
Overall it's not a bad app. It is, however, extremely frustrating that Travis CU implemented fingerprint logins on the iOS app probably over a year ago and here on Android there haven't been any updates in just as much time. Please implement fingerprint logins!
App won't let me log in. After I enter my username it just goes to a blank white page. This has happened every time I have tried to download the app. I now have no way to deposit checks from mobile as the website does not allow it.
Had to change my positive review to a negative. Until the login issues are resolved, I'll have to rate it three stars. I truly enjoy this app, but it's far too buggy.
