I'm a developer that uses Ubuntu on a MacBook Pro, no OS X installed. Tested Ping, Download and Upload Speed on 188.8.131.52. I have a Galaxy Note Edge with Unlimited Speed LTE with T-Mobile, I have no restrictions just for the 7GB Hotspot I wasted already. Tried this app and it worked out of the box after running /usr/bin/easytether-usb inside the terminal command line. Ping was of 22ms to 32ms , Download Speeds were from 10mbps to 22.5mps, Upload Speed could go as high as 18mps. Very satisfied. Now I can continue doing my UnityEngine and Android Development on my preferred platform :) ( The reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because $9.99 is a little bit risky, but it was wort the shot) Thanks!
Absolute Best Investment! I'm on the ZTE ZMAX with T-Mobile and my laptop runs on Windows 8.1 and it works flawlessly. I'm able to connect, be on a phone call and allow someone else to connect their device via Bluetooth all at the same time with exceptional speed on all connected devices. I'll be updating my laptop to Windows 10 soon so let's see if I'll have any issues then. This has been an absolute money saver. I'm a very satisfied customer. (thanks to my brother, #KalEl KalEl) =)

Samsung GN4 I've been using this product for years. It always works flawlessly. Great for getting the laptop online when there is no wifi.
CTO Never let's me down
Workaround but forced on mobile view Tmobile identifies easytether as Hotspot & now wants i join a plan to keep using easytether. defeats the point of having easytether. This occurred on galaxy note 3 after I upgraded to lollipop 5.0, be warned. UPDATE: it works now but still the, the work around does force you to mobile websites. Which limits usability. Not sure why easytether hasn't worked this into their program earlier into development. This has been an ongoing issue for these type of apps.
