I use it with Sprint with my samsung 6 based damn app ever
Absolute Best Investment! I'm on the ZTE ZMAX with T-Mobile and my laptop runs on Windows 8.1 and it works flawlessly. I'm able to connect, be on a phone call and allow someone else to connect their device via Bluetooth all at the same time with exceptional speed on all connected devices. I'll be updating my laptop to Windows 10 soon so let's see if I'll have any issues then. This has been an absolute money saver. I'm a very satisfied customer. (thanks to my brother, #KalEl KalEl) =)
Way beyond worth it Ok, I'm normally very harsh in my reviews of apps. Most don't do what they should, they eat too much battery, they want too much of my personal data, etc. Easyteather, on the other hand, is hands down the best $10 I have ever spent. I paid for it 5 years ago, once, and it has worked perfectly ever since. I've never once had a problem with any carrier, ever. I can hook it up through Bluetooth when I'm working on the train ride home or plug it in via cable if I need more speed at home. This is a life saver.
I used this app for about 5 years or so and it was flawless. Now after I got new phone, same carrier, it seems I don't get full speed. SpeedTest shows 30/15 on the phone, and 10/2 on computer(for example )
It works Hard to believe, right? This works very well. I connect my laptop with out a problem. Hopefully there won't be any changes with the updates. Not that I use it that often, but when I need to, it works fine. Great job!
I'm a developer that uses Ubuntu on a MacBook Pro, no OS X installed. Tested Ping, Download and Upload Speed on 184.108.40.206. I have a Galaxy Note Edge with Unlimited Speed LTE with T-Mobile, I have no restrictions just for the 7GB Hotspot I wasted already. Tried this app and it worked out of the box after running /usr/bin/easytether-usb inside the terminal command line. Ping was of 22ms to 32ms , Download Speeds were from 10mbps to 22.5mps, Upload Speed could go as high as 18mps. Very satisfied. Now I can continue doing my UnityEngine and Android Development on my preferred platform :) ( The reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because $9.99 is a little bit risky, but it was wort the shot) Thanks!
