Very bad service from Mswipe. I take this machine just a month ago but Machine is not work proplely. Their sales person number is switched off always. I registered a complain through custmer care but still there is no response by them. Very wrost service😥👎

1. Most irritating... They keep calling us and talk in Hindi... Many times told them to speak in English, but they repeatedly call and start speaking in Hindi only. 2. Very confusing about the plan and not sure where to know the current plan and how much deducted, these are not explained clearly anywhere... Even in their invoices nothing is given clearly all short forms used.. And hard to understand not user friendly 3. Always old machines, never got new machine

Worst customer care and services. They will hold transaction amount and not pick the call nor reply to mail.. I'm trying from 2 days to speak to customer care number, none pick the call. And mail reply also is not proper. They are hold more than 2.5lakhs from 6 days and not replying. Very bad. I'm gonna file a case if they don't resolve it in 24hrs.
