Ratings and reviews

The app does not sync with website. Changing password doesn't sync, so you get locked out. Every time. App also doesn't auto adjust to mobile so the pages are always not the size of the screen, so you'll have to scroll to the sides and up and down to get to what you want. Deposits are terribly difficult to find and process at least in part because the home button doesn't work.

This app is terrible if you want to do anything other than check your balance. It is constantly down for "maintenance"; the mobile deposit does not work on a pixel 7 (camera just closes out and doesn't take a picture) and they want access to ALL of your information on your phone, which is 100% not warranted to operate the app. I will be changing banks.

Same as everyone else. After the last update, unable to deposit checks via the app. Camera comes on to take a picture of the check and moments after, it closes the capture without explanation. Does not take a picture of the check. Unable to manually take a picture, so this function of the app is completely unusable.
