App Sucks Now! Are you people really going to sit there and have more and more people give you 1 star because you can't fix the mobile app? It crashes constantly and keeps asking to confirm my email or phone number even though I select the "save this device box" so it can stop asking me that. I liked the old log in. At least it didn't keep logging me out randomly when I was looking at my account! Now I can't look at my account for more than 30 sec before getting kicked out!!!

I have had to reinstall this multiple times in the past month. I got stuck in a login loop. and had to use the desktop site on my phone. The transfer I made did not go through, but took me a couple of days to realize; so, my overdraft kicked in multiple times. I haven't looked at that account, because I'm afraid lose it when I see all the charges. Modernizing is cool, but if I can't access my accounts, what's the point? And let's be honest, branch employees can't help with the app.

I loved this app before the update. Now it's just aggravating. Who wants to verify their device with a code EVERY TIME they log in, after checking the remember this device box? Not to mention that it somehow won't use the saved password for the mobile app, forcing me to type it every time. If I wanted to use the website I would go to the website! Fix this!
