Update. 3 years later. I HATE the fact that it alerts me if a "withdrawal" about 3 plus days (maybe more!) after the fact of the purchase 😳 drives me crazy. I think that my account is about to go in the negative or they there's an unauthorized purchase. 😤 ............. I love that it shows my beginning AND ending balance within the list of transactions. Very helpful. I'm certain I don't use the app to the fullest.

Good Morning DJ, Sorry to hear you are having difficulties receiving alerts, there may be delays in receiving text messages depending on the carrier. **UPDATE** Uninstalling doesn't work. Clesring Cache doesn't work. Calling doesn't work. Stop copying and pasting a message to your customers & FIX THE APP! This is ridiculous. I keep getting an alert saying the app has a bug & to update once there is a fix, but when is the fix coming? Not having the app function properly makes banking very inconvenient! Considering making a switch.

Update, 12/2/21: No improvement. Still great WHEN IT WORKS! Unfortunately, that isn't very often. At least half of the time when I try to open this app I get that little wormy icon chasing its tail and the message "loading". The only cure is to uninstall, then reinstall the app. Then it works fine two or three times, then it refuses to open again. As I said, when it works it's fast and convenient and let's me do most of my banking from home, but the glitch is extremely frustrating!
