Just downloaded the app, to scan and deposit a check. Halfway through the check process I was logged out due to five minutes of inactivity. I certainly was not inactive for five minutes, I was going through the process, taking the picture of the check, etc. Then, after logging in again, and nearly completing the check process, I received an error message: "We are temporarily unable to process your request." So, in the first five minutes, the app failed twice. Doesn't inspire a lot of confidence.
Horrible. It used to be good until they updated it, now I never know if it's going to actually log in or not. Sooo many error messages. Please put some time into this app and make it useable. Really frustrating.
I'm able to see my balance but that's about it. I'm not able to see any account details it freezes up. I end up having to go to their site in my browser. You'd think a major bank would have an app that actually works...I wrote this review a long time ago and the issue STILL has not been fixed. I have to go onto my account in my browser if I want to see anything more than my balance.
The update won't let me or my boyfriend log in as soon as we try to load it an error message pops up or an update pops up I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Still nothing all it does just sits at the home screen please fix.
I never understand why companies develop mobile apps that are more difficult to log in to than the browser version. I need a fingerprint to open my phone I don't want to have to repeatedly log into everything else separately!
I cannot use this app to do my transactions without a credit or debit card. I have only installment loan and cannot see anything but my payoff balance or change anything without using a pc. That makes this app totally useless. I don't need or want any other accounts with mt...I will likely have to move my loan to my credit union (where i should've started). Really disappointed here...
