Works well for me... This app has made it much more efficient to handle my banking. The only problem I've had isn't really a problem. For security, the app is uniquely associated to a specific device. If you forget your password, reset the device, move to a new device, or try to use the app from a second device, you may be locked out. Simply call the M&T Support number, provide identifying information, explain your situation, and they can quickly reset the app and/or your password (a 5-10 minute process).

Bad execution! If I have to choose between going to the back or using this mobile deposit app, I'll choose the app, it saves me time no matter what. That's why I think it deserves two stars. Why only two? Because the good ends here. The app is so poorly executed, that it takes several tries (sometimes more than 10) for it to focus on a check (especially the back of the check) or to recognize the amount, or the endorsement. It doesn't focus on the image before taking a picture. Needs fix ASAP!
Primitive Primitive programming. Even the link to the help web page is wrong. The app keeps locking me out and I have to spend 20 minutes on a land phone trying to get it reinstated. Then hours later it says I'm not recognized again. Start all over again. Sometimes it says the check isn't endorsed despite a black address stamped impression plus signature.
Trash! This is the worst banking app on the market. It will not allow you to take pictures of the back of a check clearly. Please fix asap.
