Crap service I booked for a cab....claimed 25 minute wait time...an hour later dispatch calls me saying they're still looking for a cab to pick me up. I waited an hour stranded in 90 degree heat then after dispatch called me I waited an additional 30 mins before deciding to walk 5 miles home. I was probably 1/4 mile from home when one finally called me. This service is total garbage and I live in The Woodlands, where taxi service is typical. I think I will try Uber to get to work tonight.
'Confirmed' cab that showed to be at location (IAH) never arrived. First showed to be at IAH, late showed to be in its way. Tried to call driver and number was disconnected. Don't bother with app and just go to window. Helpful lady said she knew cab number, so that info was current. Ended up in another cab with foul smelling driver. At least I got home.
Useful, yet incompetent in aspect of features Will not recognize my home address that is on Google maps and been a street for over 2 yrs now...... Drivers don't get or use the special instructions or direction input in app, like pick up at..... Useless if not functionable. The taxi service itself is inconsistent and gets an F.
Waste of time The worst service ever. Mad an appointment a day in advance. Get told my cab is coming suddenly theres in error with processing my card and then my booking is cancelled. Suddenly no cabs in the area when there was clearly one to come get me. I am so done with these people, that wasnt even the first time...no wonder their rating is so low on google search.
Poorly tested, not easy to use I was not able to successfully hail a cab with this app. It gives an error on the last step when hailing. I suspect it wasn't tested sufficiently enough. I ended up calling the cab company. The ui experience is not as easy to use as its competition.
I want to like it but Drivers accept trips and never show up. There is no accountability. You have no idea when they may or may not show up...awful
