There is no email given to report technical issues. App is wonky. Booked a cab for 5:35am. App shows booking at 5:35, Cab turned up at 4:30, an hour early. Operator argued with that it was my error since his screen showed 4:30. probably a technical error due to the time change, but technical error, operator response and lack of email for technical issues is disappointing.
Used to be a good app. What happened? Ride request doesn't go through. Bring on ride sharing!
Does not work The app is inaccurate and unreliable. It said the estimated wait time was about four minutes, so I booked a cab. Then I stood at the road in the rain, while the app searched for a nearby cab. After about 15 minutes I realized the app was STILL searching for cab. I then tried to flag down a passing MacLure's cab - the driver pulled over, and as I ran up to the car, he sped off.
Would be good - But Without access to favourites for use when entering destination it makes for way too much typing. Change 'that' and the app might be of some value
Doesn't "let go" of GPS After app is closed, the GPS service is not closed automatically. To save my battery, I need to close and then force stop this app after using it. Inconvenient.
