I have been using the app for the past month. It has gotten consistently better. Another great way to get me around town!
This app has some huge issues. I felt bad for the driver. The driver and dispatch couldn't figure out how payment worked. My credit card was in the app but they didn't seem to know how to charge it. I ended up spending half the drive on the phone with RideKc customer service (I think?). I ended up just giving the driver cash, which I could have just done without the app.
Easy alternative to Uber in Kansas City. I like that part of my fare is going to fund public transportation!
I can't ever get loggrd in and I can't reset my password.
