"We are running a quick check to make sure you are safe to use BEA mobile". I always get this whenever I try to open the app and it takes FOREVER (I waited 30 minutes with the app open once before giving up). My friend and I have been BEA customers for over 4 years and both of us are doing to change our bank just because of this.

Review update: March 2024 -- Still the slowest banking app I have ever used. Looks having a lot of features but not functioning to the point. For example: I want to check the credit card transaction record, but seems cannot use the function to filter the period, but just showing the last transaction.

Hi Angus Tam, thank you for your feedback. You can adjust the date filter on the page to view more transaction records. Go to the card summary page > click "Latest transactions" > click the filter icon located on the left of "Transactions" > select the necessary date range. We hope this helps.

This is the slowest app that I have ever used so far. The response is extremely slow or even there is no response after touching the screen! Can't imagine!
