Payment is stuck in Payment Gateway! The experience on this app is terrible. I have 2 consecutive orders that have been cancelled and the refund takes decade to be processed! I'm out of meds and this isn't good especially if that's the only money you have to buy it. Even the live chat or email customer service is so bad they're not helping! Imagine a credit card or GCash refund will take 7-15 days when other online shopping app can refund it within the day!

You need to optimize your performance than too much aesthetics that doesnt event connected to the application. When you download recently you need to wait SOOOOOOOO LONG to load the application. So whats most important? Performance so user can use it more often or aesthetics that will make your application slow. Or upgrade your resources to make it fast and you dont need to remove the aesthetics. Use your budget wisely when choosing aesthetics than performance. Specially this era.

very dissapointed... they just cancelled my order for i dont know the reason...they even make a call to confirm the delivery address yet after few hours, they cancelled.. when i order more than 1k of amount, they dont have a prblem..the transaction went smooth... but then when i ordered less than 500 pesos, thats the time they just cancelled my order. VERY DISAPPOINTING. the suppose to be easier and comfortable way of ordering makes it more complicated.. I love watson products but this is👎👎👎
