This app, which was already horrible on launch, has steadily gotten buggier, sluggish and increasingly more frustrating. Using this app is legitimately a form of torture. The most basic interactions crash the app, and that is if you can even log in to begin with as you will most likely be stuck on the splash screen. The UX/UI makes no sense. Menu items and functionality are placed with no hierarchy. If you have ever used MTN Ghana's website, you already know what you're in for. Good luck.

The latest update is now far better and the interface is more relevant and user friendly. Mtn has just hit the nail right on its head with this current update. All the necessary basic information is automatically accessed right from the homepage when the app is launched. Above all, the app runs smoothly and doesn't lug anymore. Thank you.

I dont know what you people are doing again but your last update just dulled the app again, when purchasing airtime or bundle, when the otg is auto inputted, you'll have to clean and enter it by yourself before you can purchase. This time the app isn't doesnt slow down but freezes, meaning balance doesn't show even when refreshed 10 times.
