This does nothing better than short codes maybe even worse. I thought this app is supposed to ease my access to fast services but its actually doing the opposite. A typical example is getting to buy bundle on the go needing it within maybe a minute that's when you'll realize this app is useless. Even without Data you can't use ISP's app to purchase. MTN is a big name kindly paddle up

You know for one call one of the best network of the country, the quality of your app and services are quite disappointing. It has been 4 days i'm trying to buy some mobile data yet i always receive the same message 'sorry an unexpected error happen, try later'. And even when i'm trying to buy via *138# it still fail. It is quite disappointing that you guys are not able to live up with your fame. Also many time when i enter the app i am log out and unable to sign in cuz the app got too many bugs

This has got to be the worst app I have ever used. It's buggiest mobile application ever , it's tells you you don't need the internet to use the app and we all know that a lie . You can't use the app without the data and yet they made it looks as if you don't need any data to access the app . It's sluggish, slow and unresponsive. Pls MTN GH , you can do better with your app . The user experience is pathetically appalling. Damn
