Terrible trans arrival est system on the app. It is never accurate. It feels like someone from mainland China hard code an array of arrival time on your app. Saw est arrival of an AE this time in 3 minutes. Took a sprint just to wait another 8 minutes. All you needed to do is to copy the number from the platform board to a website or an app. How hard can it be seriously.

Any IT support to urgent help I am an usual user to login daily for earning points N getting MTR news update. I did login yesterday but this morning, I got prompted at the front page saying "The device may have been rooted, and is not supported by MTR mobile". I tried to clear cache and also forced to stop the app and finally uninstall and install again.... all I think I can try had been done.... but the ultimate result is still cannot login to the app. Pls help, pls help, pls help !!! Thanks

Garbage app from garbage company. Always unable to load and getting just a black screen. Before adding so many useless features try to improve performance first...
