Mtrip Guides Reasonably good. The UI takes some getting used to.
Great for getting from place to place Very handy for navigating public transportation from one attraction to the next. Also handy for finding nearby cafes when out and about. Had trouble picking out attractions on the navigation map when they are close to each other (the orange icons are on top of each other). Would be nice if it were possible to re-arrange items across days rather than only within days.
Slow & Pointless I paid money for this app and I want a refund. Doesn't work when needed even with data abroad. Your better off with a map from the station which shows all the attractions then actually use the metro, which is far more accurate than this app. Took 1 hour to update with WiFi connection. I can't begin to explain how much of a let down this is! Do not buy!!!!
Currently not possible to move an itinerary item from one day to the next. Lists always jump back to the beginning. Otherwise excellent.
Didn't prove useful even once in my trip The application offers a good database of various things in Paris but its UI ruins the experience. The map view is not detailed enough to be useful, the ability to narrow down attractions (e.g. restaurants) does not really have enough details to allow choosing an attraction (e.g. restaurant) without an Internet connection, and the subway map is a low-resolution JPEG that is hard to navigate. I expected a an "offline street life saver" and got an app that didn't prove useful even once in my trip.
Force close as hell! I want my money back.
What to see and do in Paris. The essential guide to the city during your stay.
