worst experience. an app that one has to scroll through manually 70+ years to select the date of birth to reset the password is uncalled for. Also one can't do online check in, because the app doesn't recognize the passport, and won't accept the manual entries. I am not what's the purpose of this type of IT nonsense beside aggravation for the customer. The good thing is I received an email, and requested that I contact them through social media, but not smart enough to probe issues submitted

Just horrible. The whole experience can be described by the messages you get, "Something went wrong.", "Some error has occurred"...these are maybe the better ones, sometimes it's just an error code or simply showing an empty page in sections like when you try to make a payment. The website is no better. In addition, you have to log in again and enter OTP codes EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app or the website. Edit: I shared via email as requested but never even got a reply.

the app isn't completely without use but it has almost more harm than good. for instance, it alerts you to go to the boarding gate stating one's flight will start boarding soon 3 hours before the flight departs... what good is that? and it told me when it was boarding AFTER boarding had almost finished... then notified me every five minutes after the flight took off for the next 7 hours- and urged me to go to the gate for my NEXT flight while I was in the air, and repeated until uninstalled
