Absolutely dreadful. The latest version is awful. Not at all user friendly. Why aren't the boarding passes on the app?!! Should be binned. The previous version was so simple and easy to use. Oh, and can't see the dates selected above 10 in the drop down boxes on the passenger information page. 🤦‍♀️ And the boarding passes that appear in Google wallet don't have the date on them!!! Absolutely ridiculous

Complete and utter garbage. Took forever to make a one way booking for 1 person, kept on telling me I had to book for 2 people. When I finally got to the payment, I entered all the details including 3 numbers on the back, the page disappeared, no confirmation email nothing. If you think I'm going through all that again, think again. Ryanair here I come! Oh yes, I've just deleted the app.

App works-ish, but I only use it because you're forced to, because the website is garbage. Constant errors, purchases fail, rejected after the final purchase for being an unusual browser, it's awful. Endless upsell tricks both here in the app and the website too, it's constantly trying to catch you out throughout. I now actively purchase all my flights from other airlines just to avoid this experience. For the love of god, just take sell me a plane ticket in 2 clicks on a website already.
