Missed my flight due to poor design This app displayed the title of my booking as 30th November, the correct date for my return flight home. When you click "view booking" rather than showing you the time for this flight, it displays the time of your first flight on the 15th of November. This is not at all clear and resulted in me missing my flight home as it was 3 hours earlier than i had thought when I'd checked the app. This cost me £70 to book a different flight tomorrow. Not impressed.
Functional app Good design and great feature to remind you about the boarding time. But the qr code is too small to be scanned and each time when it is a handheld scanner, it does not work properly. On the other hand, it seems that the app never remember that I checked in already, and I have to check in again and again.
One small annoyance I like the app and use it regularly. But I've now got a flight coming up in Jan that has been disrupted. Because of this, the app is constantly flashing to tell me about it even though I already know about it and have dealt with it. Surely there should be an option in the app to say 'Yes, I know about this disruption, don't notify me again.' I can't do anything in the app at the moment without this constant interruption!
Very useful, and getting better. A good app, I removed 1 star because when I share a booking it only sends an advert to the people I share with and no flight information. Also when i buy a ticket for a member of my family, i can't transfer it to them, the app thinks it's me who is flying. Flight tracker is really great, I can watch where my plane is before it arrives, watch it land, and even watch it taxi to where I am waiting, I look out the window and there it is. Even when my flight is delayed, information is the most important thing.
Wrong name in the boarding pass The application put my friend name wrong although in the booking confirmation was spelled correct and emailed them to correct it however no action taking they kept blaming the crystal travel who did the booking despite them being aware the name difference between the application and the booking using the same booking confirmation. I could not travel and leave my friend in Venice we both had to book another flight and pay loads. Staff at departure said to raise complaint as easyjet mistake.
Mostly brilliant! The app is brilliant most of the time! To be honest it only failed a couple of times by crashing. It just so happened to be before I had to check-in online which made it slightly more stressful. Other than that it's been great.
