the app works great until something goes wrong. there is no way on the app to report an issue with a trip. my driver's car broke down I had to get another taxi and had already paid for the trip.emailed lefa on the email address in the app but it is no longer in service. sent a WhatsApp to their support number ..no reply.

Driver drove 35 the whole way to the destination. Refused to drive any faster because he "isn't allowed to". Ive lived in Namibia my whole life and know the quickest route to most destinations. The driver took a route which is much longer than need be. Again, he claimed he had to drive that way. Both these factors added up to my bill and i was very unhappy. Please add a driver rating in the app. The next driver to do this to me isnt getting paid.
