I booked the ride, and just one hour before the scheduled time, the captain canceled because of a personal emergency. I tried calling customer service three times, but no one answered. In the end, I had to book an Uber, even though it was late at night, just to get home. Is this really normal for a service whose main selling point is supposed to be women's safety? I could have booked an Uber from the beginning, but I chose your service because I trusted it would be safer. very unprofessional

Pink Taxi is one of the best apps ever 💗 It has made my life so much easier, and every ride is always such a nice experience. But my ride with Captain Aya Sayed was extra special! She was genuinely so sweet and lovely, and she really made my day🥹💗
