If 5 or more ppl ride is a bit of a hustle. I reserved early, but drivers keep cancelling for no reason. I call 82## number about 6 times. They charge you 5 birr every time you call that number. It makes no sense for me to pay 5 birr to give them my business and cancelling my appt when there is 5 min left to pick up is ridiculous. I had to be rude to get someone to show up. We almost missed our flight. Calling them costed us close to trip charge. Avoid if time is an essence. I am owed a refund!

i ordered from ride food (order number #278734) and after 1 hour they cancelled it and told me they would refund me, which took another half hour. total waiste of my time. they are unreachable by phone if you have a issue they keep transferring you to other numbers, very poor customer service.in total 2 hours waisted for a meal.am very disappointed. i will never use this app again. i don't recommend anyone using this app.

As foreigner using, my cards don't work when I try to pay for a ride or food, weirdly the wallet top up works with the card though. I can't use my wallet balance for food 😭
