They're always lying about the prices, it was 58.65Rs when I requested the pick up and when I arrived it was 67 Rs this is kinda scaming .... really this application sucks

Time estimate is very bad, I can't add card to the app! Every time I get an error message... Something went wrong! New update! It deducted the amount without letting me do the top up process! That led me to pay double in cash and card as well! Because I didn't know the deduction. Also the customer service is very bad, I'm trying to call their phone number for over 10 times and they don't pick up! Thank you for your services.

the one star rating is for the misbehaving of a customer support agent, also the management of the application itself and contacting is so bad since i have tried to call customer support many times and no one answered and sent an email without any response until now!! 90% of drivers are not Saudi and this is the biggest issue
