I was scammed from the first ride itself I ordered. The driver never showed up, but he made it that he arrived and completed the ride. I was charged 16+ Sr for it. It was deducted from my card. Really very disappointing. The contact number of this app, says it is not working or offline or something like that. Try to call the number several times but failed. Sent an email but no response. Sent a whatsapp msg but no response.

Horribly designed app unlike other efficient apps like bolt careem geeny. Information is in Arabic not English which is so annoying as not everyone can read Arabic. It's so hard to navigate this app. I couldn't find a way to cancel the ride or see my payment history. Extremely poor app. Prices aren't cheap either.

Very nice. The car smells good and clean. Its good to sleep because, The scent is relaxing.
