Awful. The Dstv mobile app does not allow me to access catch-up. Don't try to use their Whatsapp self-service as it's just as awful and unhelpful!! It's time to cancel my premium subscription.

The app keep freezing, I thought it was due to updates but no. It is just rubbish app. Yes I can clear error codes quickly but now I can't use it.

DStv made life easier with this app. But my contract ended and I started experiencing issues like uncertain pay bills, all channels blocked, payments being unrecognizable by Dstv. No refunds they only want money
