It is a convenient app if you want to pay your premium manually, but it is impossible to switch to debit order when I try to do it via the app. I watched the how to video over and over and it still wont give me the option to switch. It also won't allow me to select the rewards tick box so I'm missing out on all those benefits.

This is one of the worst apps in existence. Has always been. Sadly, I see many complaints and no action taken. I have to delete and reinstall the app everytime I need to pay. I also can't use my points. Error message something went wrong. It is so unfortunate that you are the only supplier for premium sport or else we would all gladly migrate to your competitors, but sadly there are none and you can see it in your service.

It doesn't display my balance like the previous version did. Every time I have subscribed after updating to this headache of an app, my balance reads 0.00 on my dashboard, leading me to believe that my money did not go through. Plus, there's no information on when the current subscription will expire. I have to keep going back to my bank app to check when I made the last subscription. This app is just nonsensical. Why "upgrade" to this when the previous app was working just fine? Unbelievable.
