Since we were forced for an App update about a week ago, the app hasn't worked especially on the error fixing code, the codes are not even coming up to choose from anymore. I have signed out and in like a million times, still not working. Plus I don't know why my decoder keep malfunctioning, showing me options to fix the E17 despite my subscription being active.

The "Powered by Moment" banner at the bottom obscures options on my phone. For example, I have to turn my phone to landscape to see Zapper. It also obscures details for card payments. Scan to pay doesn't work for me. My FNB app just hangs and then cannot connect. Also, why no QR code? Back to the desktop...

It's unfair to be changing your App instead of updating. We would just find out we couldn't open it, and you ask us to update from the store. When we get there, there's nothing to update. Just a new App of the same name. Some personal data are not carried along to the new app. You need to review your updating method.
