If you’re visiting us for a consultation, our Patient Services Coordinator will greet you at the front desk and request all necessary information from you, including any records or other information you may have brought to the center. You may be asked to provide additional information at that time.
Afterwards, you will meet with Dr. Sullivan, who will perform an examination, discuss procedure options, and answer any of your questions.
If you’re visiting us for a procedure, after meeting with our Patient Services Coordinator, a member of our medical team will escort you to an area in preparation for your procedure.
Dr. Sullivan will meet with you prior to the procedure to examine you, discuss the procedure with you, and answer any of your questions.
A Registered Nurse will discuss your medical history with you and provide explanations and answers to any questions.
Following your procedure, you will be taken to another area to rest, eat, and drink. Once again, the medical staff and Dr. Sullivan will visit with you and answer any of your questions.
Once Dr. Sullivan has determined that you are ready to leave (usually, a relatively short period of time), you will be permitted to leave the Center with your pre-arranged transportation.
There will be an immediate written follow-up report to your healthcare provider, as well as a scheduled follow-up visit, if applicable.
