About this app

Meditation is a skill that all of us can learn. Simple moments of being with your breathing can be enormously healing and refreshing. We just need a little patience and some realistic expectations.

The app includes audio tracks to help you connect with the natural clarity of your mind. When we let-go of a past that has already gone, and a future that has not yet arisen, we find ourselves at home in the natural peace of our very own presence.

Track 1 is a brief (less than 4-minutes long) track designed to help you quickly relax and unwind, without losing clarity or focus. This is perfect for parents and professionals and those who are busy in their lives and work.

Track 2 is a guided visualisation which draws upon analogies from the natural world, such as mountains, the sky, a sun-kissed meadow, and a still-forest pool to emphasise (1) the strength of the body, (2) the natural clarity of the mind, and (3) the joyous nature of the heart. (8:39 min)

The App is delivered by a Clinical Psychologist Cameron Aggs who has over 18 years experience in meditation.

Each track is accompanied by soundscapes by musicians Ant Aggs and Shannon Sol Carroll.

I don't understand what I paid .99 for. There are only 2 trcks for meditation and they are very similar. You can choose a 'focus' which does nothing more than put a word on the screen while the same 3 minute track plays. Then there are just some tips for meditation. I have downloaded free meditation apps that offer much more than this one does.

I downloaded this app last night and I went to use the 8 min setting but everytime I went to use it it defaulted to the 3 min setting. The app also decided to start playing by itself at 3am!! aghhh not good!

Hi Whitney, So that we can investigate why the 8 minute track might be defaulting back to the 3 min track on your device it would be very helpful to know how you are returning to the main screen after track selection. If you could please let us know if it was via a press on the tick or via hitting the devices back button, that would be great? thx

Just getting started with mindfulness. I am still at the point where "guided" meditation is more effective than flying solo and falling asleep. At this point only two medications. Both by a man with a pleasant English accent and great background music. Perfect for a quick meditation fix on the go.
