SKIP THESE PEOPLE! Cont. I went into their chat again after not getting what I wanted. I was willing to give them one more try and to see if this could be prevented in the future. The turned off their chat. The thing is, I am normally very nice. I tip well. In fact, the tip was slightly more than the order I placed because the price of the items were so inexpensive. I rarely give bad reviews I think I have given maybe 5 negative reviews in my entire life. These people just suck.

I've had both good/bad experiences with Munchys, and if you're wondering why I gave them 5 Stars even with the bad experiences it goes like this: all delivery apps have the same issues, Munchys just doesn't have the money or manpower to artificially inflate their ratings. When you get delivery the chain of sequences your food goes through becomes significantly longer, meaning more places for things to go wrong. But when taken overall I'd say Munchys has been better then others I've used.

I'm not rating that app itself as bad. I'm rating the company. It's bad. You can't order before 11am in my area and they say that they call or text you when something isn't in stock or they can't get it, but they don't. My orders have been wrong multiple times as well. But the worst is, I never got my $76.00 back from them after my order was cancelled. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days, but it's been two weeks and nothing. I've given them a thousand chances. I'm done with them.
