Ratings and reviews

The Muthoot Gold Loan app is convenient for checking loan details, but it doesn’t show how much balance I still have to pay. It only displays the total loan value, not the remaining payable amount. This makes it difficult to track how much I need to clear. Please update the app to show the exact outstanding amount clearly. This feature would make repayment tracking much easier for customers.

I'm extremely disappointed with the iMuthoot app. Every time I try to pay my gold loan amount/interest, it redirects me to a 3rd party app that charges ₹12 extra per transaction. I don't understand why I should pay this extra amount just to pay my interest on time. Muthoot Finance, please reconsider your payment gateway options and provide a more convenient and cost-effective way for customers to make payments.

Looters, this rating is not for the app but for the policies muthoot has. they did not allow me to close the loan account simply because I lost the receipt they gave me 6 years ago. and the interest is continuing still and they have not returned my entire gold as well and when I asked them to show the policy, they did not have anything written.
