A simple app that reminds and trains the mind with positive messages and images. Based on techniques I have used over the last ten years to find peace and ease in the middle of difficult circumstances. Just hold the screen to get a simple message to encourage positivity and self reliance.
It works but it takes time and patience. A regular meditation / body work practice will be of great benefit.
