sir, I m using the service of callertunes from more than 15 years. the result from search options from songs have became very limited as compared to previously. as previously if any result is not appropriate then the option of (more tune) was available and now it's only limited to 6-8 tune shown on screen. and IN VI my most of the complaints are related to Callertunes only. callertunes section needs a better version..

Vi's service is a waste of money! I recharged for ₹349 for 5G benefits, but there's no 5G in my area, even though it's a main city location where many people live. Also, they keep claiming in their marketing that they add 100 networks every hour, but I don't see any improvement. The free night data is so slow that downloading anything is impossible. When you complain to customer care, they just say the problem has been highlighted, but nothing gets solved. Very bad experience!

Very slow and buggy application. Previous recharge amounts are updated without any notification and are incorrect, recharge history doesn't show full transaction list, app crashes midway, searching for the right pack is extremely slow due to preference to animation over functionality, default payment from cc/dc automatically changes to WhatsApp pay, only to be failed at the last moment even when paid through WhatsApp. Not sure what developers are doing. Very bad UX.
