Very poor customer support. I recharged ₹739 Hero Unlimited, but after around 1 GB my internet speed is reduced. The app only gives automated replies and does not provide a proper solution or connect me to a live agent. Very disappointing experience. Please improve your customer service.

It is a useless, fake app. They convinced me to switch from prepaid to postpaid by making various claims; now, instead of the expected ₹451, I am receiving a bill for ₹653, even though I pay on time. There is no network coverage during power outages or even when it rains. Customer service executives can switch the SIM to postpaid but claim they cannot switch it back to prepaid. Their behavior is terrible, and the SIM service is absolutely worthless.

There may be a problem with the application but not with Vi's data and offers. Now, Vi is the only one that is providing value for money facilities to its customers, otherwise other network companies are looting.Vi 4G unlimited is giving competition to the 5G speed of those companies, and they are increasing the money, they are not checking whether the internet is working on recharge or not. I have always supported Vi wholeheartedly and will always do so. 🥹🙇🏻🥰
