Very disappointing network service. The VoLTE icon disappears randomly, and as soon as it does, mobile data stops working and I can't make or receive calls. This happens everywhere, not just in one location. The only temporary fix is to turn Airplane Mode ON/OFF 15–20 times, which is completely unacceptable. I ported from Jio to Vi expecting better service, but the experience has been frustrating. The worst part is that it's almost impossible to speak to a customer care executiv

I am having a horrible experience. I am completely frustrated by this app's performance. I have been trying to purchase a new prepaid sim for hours but it has removed the upi payment option and there is only a payment from the card option available, that too isn't working. Every time I fill the card details then the transaction gets cancelled. Instead I got a new prepaid connection due to an error. I believe they won't let me select a prepaid connection. Too many updates.

The network are very slow.. There's no app and software can work properly with this signal and network strength.. And sometimes data packs are over and network can't works.. Worst app entirely.. There's a lot of issues with this app ! like can't open sometimes.. loading problem.. when you click on go to specify area can't load.. everytime happens.. ( oop's try again )
