My child clicked on Activate Red 699 Plan by mistake and it did not even ask for confirmation, just changed my Plan as it was a Higher Rental Plan. The advertisement of the 699 Plan was all over the App page even though my existing plan offered much more at half the rate!! What is the objective of such advertisements?? Just to harass customers!!!

Superb Design....I love this app. As compared to other company apps it's actually make sense to use it. Very minor details we can check and for that you do not need to go inside complex menu items. Attractive user interface and very understandable to any person who is not from technical background. 5 out of 5 stars.
Navigation is pretty simple and clear. Good is that relevant information are handy. Only thing is every time one has to refresh the page then only one would get the exact data. Ideally it should be automatic. Mostly in other app on opening of app fresh data are popped up. This is a minus points. I myself had mistaken 2 twice. Rest all is good, definately better than previous version. Jignesh
Dear Vodafone! Only basic functionalities work properly. Most others don't. Most menu options are incomplete. Visual upgrades are fine, but the team should spend some effort on fixing the functional aspects. Hire a better app developer or a better testing team. One of the least functional apps I've ever had on my phone. All the best for the next update.
I update on 16.11.2017, then i not open this apps. When open this apps always just buffering. Two month ago, apps are nice but when i update this apps like a third class. I reply your customer care address but msg. not delivered. So i edit and replied that I am using lolipop version smartphone. I already said that after update my apps, app start and just buffering(voda round his stick) and not open any page in 4g speed. I also wait till 5 Minutes but not open home page. So, i uninstall my apps then newly install vodafone apps on 16.11.2017. But till now i do not open vodafone home page for check my balance. Help me because i using this apps for check balance and online bill payment.
User friendly app. Best in design and really easy to use. But nowadays the Network Operator itself doesn't actually give its 100% in providing its customers with network connection. I mean steady,stable,fast network connection. Very often there is extremely bad network conection. Disappointed. Still love vodafone though. Dont make us current users surrender it.
Since I am a Vodafone subscriber I don't have a choice but to use this app. However I find it very slow to load and also to do various actions. Sometimes it would keep loading for example, payment link for over 5 mins after which I stop the action and do it again. Can be improved fair bit for a better user experience.
