Nightmare like experience 😞 . There are vast number of problems in the app. Starting with the loading time,it takes quite a long time to open app and load details and even sometimes it shows stats of previous login. Secondly there are lot of bugs like sometimes the layout is zoomed when we open the app, stats are not updated , the internet details page is blank. Thirdly, when ran out of data and I try to find the free 1 GB data option ( data delight) its very hard to find.

I didn't expect this from vi, after repeated complaints filed in vi app there is no improvement in network speed. I mean there is no stability of the network,it just switches from 4g to 'e' all the time. And they are talking about weekend data rollover bloody hell. On every Saturday or Sunday there will be network failure for 1 hour. We can't connect to network and there customer service sucks they don't pick calls . Worst experience thanks a lot I am switching to airtel.😑

Seriously fix your app! I don't know how this app has 4.3 rating. It should actually be something like 2 or something. Even if I want to purchase a plan I have to stare at the vi animation for 3-4 minutes. There is an awful lag and uncomfortable drag when I want to slide and browse the menu. Very frustrating and this has been going on for a year now.
