Broken app Crashes on open. Can't use and I'm at the stores now... This sucks.
This app is ridiculous! 1st you have to take a pic of the top of the receipt, then the bottom. Then you have to enter the store you purchased the item at, the date, then how much you spent. Finally you must enter which Tanger outlet you shopped at! How is this simple?? What its the point of taking the pictures of the top and bottom of the receipts if you also have to add the total, store and specific outlet you shopped at? I wish they allowed you to do this online but unfortunately it seems the only way is to use the app or go to the shopper services. Very time consuming.
I can no longer use receipt capture. It tells me I'm not connected to the internet OR oops we're having a problem. Calls to customer service didn't help. Was told to update my app. That didn't help. Very frustrating. However it worked on hubby's i phone.

Receipt capture does not work. All fields filled out and screen won't advance to next page.
I downloaded this app, but I couldn't open this app. Received same messages like others "No network connect. Please try again". I called customer service to fix that. Let's see
I can not capture any of my receipts. Although my internet connection is strong, it tells me to try again later no internet connection... for receipt capture and some store areas in the app. Now it won't even let me login... after reinstall. Try again later. Try again later. Try again later. .. etc. . Etc. ..
