MVP members, whose coverage includes this benefit, can get the expert advice they need without driving to the doctor’s office. Choose from a wide range of primary and specialty care providers, including MDs, behavioral health specialists, nutritionists, and lactation consultants - and no need to make an appointment for urgent care visits!

Certified medical professionals will meet with you via your smartphone, tablet, or personal computer to assess your needs, provide treatment plans, and in some cases write a prescription. We recommend that you coordinate any required follow-up care with your primary care physician.

This service is a covered benefit for eligible MVP members, upon renewal. Please consult your MVP membership materials for details.

Good only in theory. 10/27/24 Unusable app can't even use the "tell us more" section to review so I'll say it here. It was kicking me out of "waiting room" so I missed several appointments. NOT cool when you are in crisis. And then acted like i could problem solve in that state! They only offer stupid advice like "turn off phone" "uninstall app". Now after over a month of problems and doing what they suggested and reinstalled it no longer even logs me in.

Years ago, I loved the convenience of this app. Having recently switched back to MVP, I can now confidently say this app is utter garbage. The concept is still great, but the app itself is unusable. It constantly freezes and crashes. My first appointment simply disappeared, during my second appointment, the system constantly froze while I was inputting information, then completely crashed, but also wouldn't let me into the appt on any other device. Unusable garbage.

The myVisitNow app has made my life so much easier!!! I have saved countless hours by avoiding the urgent care lines, travel, and waiting rooms during this unfortunate pandemic. I would recommend this app to everyone for it's ease of use, pleasant and knowledgeable doctors, as well as their customer support staff. I would give them more stars if I could! Thank you again!
