The ads are insanely intrusive and annoying. Today I clicked 'x' and it not only took me to the page still but also wouldn't let me get back to the app. There must be a better way than this disastrous effort.
Have had this app installed and in occasional use for several years on various phones. Recently it keeps crashing and my other phone use is interrupted by notifications asking if I want to kill app or wait. 5 times in one day I've reported it. Finally enough is enough so I'm deleting this.
I really enjoy travelling and exploring London as an out-of-town visitor. As such i find this app rough round the edges and not very good for pre-planning. Keeps asking for location on start-up which would make no sense having not yet arrived and doesn't seem to recognise this permission has been denied. Difficult to identify some of the line colours compared to the legend. Possibly worst with such an unfinished app is the high price to buy the bundle of unlocks, each of which is ridiculously highly charged in order to perhaps make the bundle appear better value than I feel it is. Sorry, but personally I believe this tube planner needs a more solid and less flashy presence. There are better featured, better priced in multi-transport mode alternatives out there.
The ads are annoying. While I'm about to click on a station or leave the information page, ads pop up. When you click on X to close the app, the ad opens my internet browser and redirects to something else and doesn't let me go back. Ads are everywhere! I support ad apps cos they need to make a revenue, but don't out it everywhere and make it intrusive and make the a hindrance to use!! You are better off using an app called 'CityMapper'. It also gives you the fare that's needed to get from A to B station.
Have updated all the functionality out of it. Useless. Disappointing as it used to be an awesome app to navigate London. Sticking to Google Maps.
Great tube map. The configurable push notifications are amazingly useful and have saved me from long delays on my commute Suggestions: include searching of network rail departures Make it easier to switch between map views
An update to the Night Tube Map for the launch of the new London Overground Night Service.
