Shameful ads now blasting out music just when I pause the podcast. So I have to fumble around trying to shut it off when I was looking for a period of quiet. I do have the latest version. I switched to my podcast app's player. While I like MX Players ability to swype to go back or forward and adjust volume. 2023. Forgot I tried this years ago and now see it's insertion of ads, at any pause, is more intrusive than any other apps I have. Very annoying.

Was able to set preferred language audio without much trouble. I wish, however, that I could find a way to set captions to automatic off or to just play for the opening and closing credits. Also, even though I set the preferred audio to English, I still got the audio of the original language at first. Is there a way to fix that? I really like this app and hope those issues can be fixed.

First off, Good, stable Media player loaded with features. But I dislike how I can't use double taps to fast forward, rewind, and also pause the media with MX player. I don't get why there has to be an "either or" situation. Xplayer and VLC player don't bottleneck me into an "either or" situation when it comes to video playback. Just make pause a double tap in the center of the screen like Xplayer. Please include this in the next update or something if possible, then I'll give 5 stars. Thanks
