About this app

The JURNY app will help you to manage your pay as you go car insurance product, that gives you complete control over your insurance costs. With a personal rate-per-mile, you know exactly how much each journey will cost you. Only pay for the miles you drive!

Ratings and reviews

Would be a great app, but it's not working properly. At least I can log in and I can see my balance, but that's all, because whatever option I choose nothing happens. Buttons/options are marked when I click on them, but that's all. In the past I was able to see my journeys and everything, but because of the layout it was hard to see/read what's going on. Especially the journeys was messed up.

Only just installed it for my car insurance, the app will not let you take pictures on it to verify your drivers license, sent several emails asking for help and support and had no reply. I have to do this within seven days, or I'll lose my deposit, but there are being of no help and not contacting me. Not a very good start for an insurance company.

It doesn't work for me, having dl the app twice it just won't load properly. I log into my account via the website and can see all my policy info and balance etc which is fine. Have had to contact customer service a few times while setting up my new policy and have to say they have been very prompt and helpful, issues sorted quickly. Just a shame the app isn't up to scratch, feels like it isn't ready yet.
