Unbelievable. Can't even get through the registration page. It's a terrible shame that a company as big ADT can't even get tools that would make the customer experience seamless and this is not the first time. There are honestly better companies out there without all the big ad campaigns that provide exceptional service and outstanding tools for the customer. We are absolutely sure that we will not use ADT ever again. ADT read these customer reviews and get a clue...........
Won't accept two different VALID email addresses. Can't register because it won't believe my email address is valid. Used a Gmail and my isp email address. Both valid formats and both active. You'd think they'd fix an error that happens to so many people. It sure don't give me much confidence in ADT!
Used mobile camera (5 cameras) for years. Stopped working. Technician came out n could not get it operational. Called before storm for another more qualified technician. Told I would be called back. Still have not heard. Willing to pay for help.
I can't log in using the app, and after skimming the reviews for the past month, this seems to be a persistent bug. Must be a major problem. Their pulse app works though, so we got that I guess.
Useless Been using it for 2 years. Now can't login and doesn't accept Gmail address. Called adt and was told that this was not necessary and that they did not have techs to fix one complaint. They need to read this. There are thousands having the same problem. Maybe we need to go to a company that does care.
Again it's not working I uninstalled and reinstalled let me see what's going to happen. That has always been the problem with this maybe I'll go into the internet and do it
