Mibe is an application that contains various practices and meditations that help children calm down. Listening to these recordings helps you better start the day, focus, relax or fall asleep.
Even those children who are currently healthy and safe experience various emotions or tensions on a daily basis that they cannot always cope with on their own. But lately, more and more children are worried about large-scale threats, such as a pandemic or war. Children feel anxious, less able to concentrate, manage emotions, less able to understand each other or express their feelings, have difficulty sleeping at night, falling asleep. Relationships with parents, family relationships, parental divorce, or the health of family members can be stressful. Also, a lot of emotions are caused by the ability to communicate with close friends. Children who are ill, worried about or recovering, face low self-esteem due to illness, nervous and feel lonely and abandoned without communication with friends, experience traumatic experiences if left without parental care for a long time, communication with close relatives.
Listening to practices for only a few minutes a day:

The Mybe app includes morning meditations, sleep meditations, or soothing meditations. We brought together experts in child psychology and pedagogy, meditation, music and music therapy - and together they developed this application.
We ourselves have learned a lot of mindfulness, meditation, and we understand how important it is to find the voice that will help to practice. That's why we recorded professionally in different voices, both male and female, and added sounds of nature and music. The application also has just the sounds of nature or music tracks, for those who prefer to concentrate on the sounds themselves, without the help of voice.
It is harder for young children to concentrate, it is harder to keep their attention. So, unlike meditations for adults, practices for children have more information, images. In mindfulness meditations, it helps children focus on content. In sleep meditations, the story helps the imagination to wander, calm down and fall asleep.
People who are depressed or in situations of insecurity are often worried about the past and the future. That's why we pay a lot of attention to breathing. We cannot breathe for yesterday or tomorrow. Therefore, breathing helps to stop and feel here and now.
