Ratings and reviews

My first experience with a payment transfer occurred 4 days ago, and it remains unresolved. The payment is neither with me nor with the recipient, as it appears to be stuck between two accounts. I reached out to customer support via WhatsApp, but there has been no progress. This was my first and final experience with this service.
