The North Florida Surgeons app is your connection to North Florida’s largest and most trusted name in surgical care. Building on a tradition established in 1996, our number one goal is to provide you with a compassionate, skilled and experienced surgeon that you can trust.
Our easy to use application is free for all North Florida Surgeons patients. Your information is protected through a closed and secure system, saving each patient time – and providing peace of mind.
The North Florida Surgeons app works seamlessly with your doctor's systems and will automatically be updated with data and recommendations from your doctor. When you add data to the app your doctor can access the information, making it possible for your surgeon to optimize treatment and help you in between office visits.

All recommendations from your doctors will automatically appear on the app giving you an overview of when to check in with your doctor, as well as the aspects of your health that you can monitor at home. This may include when to measure your blood pressure or when you should take your medication.

What you can do with the North Florida Surgeons app:
PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS
Fill out forms, sign documents and pay your copay from home. This will speed up your check-in process at the office and save you time.

If you are scheduled for a procedure then you can follow instructions in the app, and it will tell you step-by-step what you need to do at home to prepare.

SHARE DATA WITH YOUR DOCTOR
If your doctor wants to know more about how you are doing at home, then you can use the app to share vitals and observations about your health. This gives your doctor better insight into your health and in turn helps you to get the best treatment and advice.

Installed on Galaxy S9 current on all updates. No issues with signing on and doing things like filling out the forms and answering questions. VIDEO WAS A FAIL. Tried to fix by resetting permissions and rebooting S9 as well as de-installing and reinstalling. I also installed it on our tablet and everything worked except video on the tablet as well.

My shoulders are shot, rather than jump into drastic measures, I'm getting shots, they work for me. Caring Doctors, I like that! They know how to fix the problem, come check them out....you might like what you see.

Dr. Uchal cares about his customers he wouldn't stop on my sugary even though he didn't think it would work and I'm here to tell you do to the fact he got it done and it worked very well. His staff is very friendly and helpful
