Ratings and reviews

Notifications have not worked on the latest version of Android for at least 8 months. Customer support has been aware of the issue for that length of time and simply stopped responding to my inquiries. I paid a year in advance based upon Mycase's advertising and representations that the service had certain features. I was denied any sort of refund or credit. The App is broken and has not been updated in nearly a year.
