My very first time transfer some BTC into this wallet and I hit send from Kraken and now I get "no server connection" on the app? What gives? I'm kinda freaked out. Edit. No, but this delayed response and no response to me email has made my transfer go into Unspent Outputs on the blockchain and now I have no way to get it because I couldn't back up my account. It actually costed me money. I don't think you understand completely. I sent the developers an email yesterday. Maybe I will her from then at some ooint

We have 180k active users for a free app, without any service level agreement. Anyway, "unspent outputs" means that the recipient of the funds did not use them yet. Nothing unusual. If that was a payment towards you, you should see it in the transaction history. (lw)

Hey. When the phone is in normal position the Add account button won't show up. Huawei phone. Only when the phone is in vertical position I can see that option.

There are no ads anymore. We removed them from the main page in the currently available version. We will bring them back on their own tab that will not get in your way. Also they are not ads from an ad network but some select static partner links to support this free app. No spyware or phishing. (lw)

App worked good until recently. Wallet has funds but I get insufficient funds when trying to send. Support is a joke oh well what can you expect from free. I should have known to post on review to get answers. Developer was very helpful. My question now is can I use my private key to restore my wallet in electrum? Thanks in advance.

I love your app but PLEASE allow users to adjust their own transaction fees. I hate having to pay 80% of my tx on a low priority fee simply because I want to show someone how their wallet works. The fees don't adjust for block congestion fluctuations. Also, please change glidera description by removing Canadian support explanation on your buy /sell feature. They do not seem to support Canadian users.

Underpaying on a demo-payment affects your subsequent payments. We are working on replace by fee, which will make it easier to bump the fee and therefore allowing super low fees will also be less of a problem. (lw)

Used to be my favorite Android Bitcoin wallet that I recommended to friends. As of now I'm uninstalling and will tell my friends they should consider doing the same, because they've added ads. It's a possible attack vector that could be exploited and reduces the overall security of the wallet. A paid version would have made more sense. I would gladly pay for function and security. ******Update****** I woke up to an update that had removed ads....back to 5 stars. Thanks for listening to your customers, I'm really happy I can continue to use your wallet and if different revenue streams are needed make a paid version and I will gladly purchase it.

Unblockable ads inside a crypto wallet just feels creepy. This was my favorite Bitcoin wallet, but will uninstall if they're not removed in 2 weeks. I wouldn't mind paying for this wallet, but I realize there are many wallets available for free... Then again, there are many ad-free wallets available for free. Edit: ads were removed. Thank you, Mycelium developers for listening.

The functionality is superb. This is my go-to wallet for bitcoin just because of its sheer versatility and the number of things you can do. It's UI may not be the prettiest for the average user, but nothing beats the actual functional things you can do with this wallet.

I just wanted to see how long it was taking to fully confirm (6 confirmations), when I was staring at the transaction wondering how long it has been since I initially sent the coins. I have a concern about the added "partner links". I'd rather pay for this app than risk adding advertising links which could pose a security risk. An app should not hold your funds then try to sell you things. I'll keep less coins on this now. Make a pro version with no ads. Edit: Thanks for removing the ads. How about: 1) Charging for this app. It's worth a few bucks easy. 2) Add manual fees. When unconfirmed transactions are low, fees can be lowered.

Ordered about 55 dollars of bitcoin 5 days ago. Charge went through on my bank and everything. I was denied and the transaction didn't go through for whatever reason. I immediately contacted them and asked to get my money back. They said they would get back to me. 4 days gone by, still nothing. This is stealing!

Seems quick and responsive. Just needs to improve security on Pin Pad by randomising number placement and not highlighting numbers pressed so as to defeat screen captures by other software.

Good point, although an attacker would still need physical access to the device once he knew your pin. On a Google Pixel, the gyro sensor is probably accurate enough to derive the pin. I will add it to our issues on github. Shuffling buttons is usually a defense against bystanders, too. iss324 (lw)

switched from schilbach's wallet because it could not sweep bip35 encrypted paper wallets, this wallet has not let me down anytime (used for 1 year now). Not 5 stars because fee algo is not optimal, fees are to high.

Great integrations and love this wallet but #1 desperately needs a design overhaul, beyond the fact it's design elements are from ice cream/approaching half a decade old and I'd imagine not far from depreciation as they should be ha, but beyond that the elements themselves are just confusing and hard to navigate:( #2 integration of ads suddenly was surprising and concerning, make it for pay if you guys need more support or put more emphasis on donations as a lot would gladly, but in such a sensitive app ads really don't and shouldn't fit due to the added attack vector (non ad network or not) not to mention BTC community is very privacy focused and that's just against a lot of core values. While I love this wallet with my trezor, the note of ads being readded is the only thing that may force me to find an alternative which super sucks! Will see how it plays out and hold out hope as devs are very responsive and attentive which says a lot:) Without ads and a little design TLC it would beat all those wallets out there moreso than it is, if you need more support add some emphasis on donations or make it pay like mentioned above (and many others have)

Great program eventually, but a few shortcomings it must be dinged for: 1) Obviously it facilitates transfers from paper wallets into any other destination. For this sake, please let us skip account creation! This was a painful process and I will probably never use mine anyway. 2) What made the above painful? The horrendous program keyboard. I hate phone keyboards in general, but this one doesn't even rotate to scale if you turn your device into Landscape mode, thus reducing accuracy on small screens. It also really obfuscates the backspace button because it's under your thumb the whole time. I messed up a whole bunch of work typing in letters by hitting Back rather than Backspace because it was so unintuitive as to how to backspace. 3) Don't just gray out the Send button when some of the details for a transaction are missing! *TELL* us what's wrong! It took me a while to realize where to input the destination address given the generic vertical LinearLayout styling from 2012 that's used on the transaction page, with no modern Android UI styling panache. Oh, and the laughable Toast messages when you change the transaction rate tells me this feature is still a little bit half-baked. This being said, it did save me from writing my own Bitcoin API client. ;) I will still recommend Mycelium to anyone looking to transact BTC, but would have to spend some time explaining the UI.

Did you mail info@mycelium.com? If the transaction doesn't show, you might want to reload the account. If it still doesn't show, you might want to check if the transaction ID can be found with a block explorer. If not, the problem is on the sending side. Did your friend also use Mycelium? Was it actuall GBP? In that case ask Coinapult. (lw)
