The service was very fast. I was able to receive the transfer fund less than a minute after initiating the transfer request. The service was as advertised. For the first transfer, the app gave me a promotional rate that is 1% higher than the regular rate. However, one thing I wish I knew was that the verification process is very lengthy. It took the team more than a week to verify my identity and to set up the account. Customer service agents were available 24/7 via chat, which can be hit or ms

I have been using sendwave for so many years,and they have been very good,but now they are terrible. 1. My transactions are not getting to my recipients on time, sometimes, it takes a day for them to receive, and the reasons I keep receiving is that this is a technical issue every time. 2. Recipient is on watch list, and I have been sending to the same recipient for while, you have to respond to email, ( compliance), i'm not sure if its a working email ,no response for 2 days.

I'm having a terrible experience with this service. Thereā€™s absolutely no customer support. Every time you call, the wait time is between 30 minutes to an hour, but the call conveniently drops at 28 minutes. The chat support randomly closes, making it impossible to get help. Itā€™s frustrating to deal with these issuesā€”especially when it involves something as simple as sending $70 through a finance app. Unacceptable.
