Good place to get quality vehicles on rent. Have booked now for more then 10 times. Condition of cars is good, and even if we face any issue, they resolve it quickly. Though the security deposit is on a higher side, but have never faced any issue while reimbursement.

I recently rented a car from this company and it was an absolute disaster. The car was in terrible condition and had clearly not been cleaned or maintained properly. The air conditioning didn't work, the brakes were squishy, and the radio was broken. The customer service was even worse. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they seemed more interested in making a quick sale than providing a good experience for their customers. I would not recommend this rental company to anyone.

Please don't trust them. They charge penalty charges for no reason. In merut expressway, where the speed limit is 120, they charge penalties for speed over 90. Even after confirming with their ops team, that the penalty charges won't be levied, they added them to the invoice. Post that, I haven't been able to connect to either the mychoize team or the ops team in ggn.
