Best circadian app for better health! This has everything you need all in one easy to use app, and since downloading it, I've paid way more attention to my light environment. I love the notifications and the lux meter to check both inside and outside light. It'll be fun to use the vitamin D diary when summer comes back (today is the last day of UVB here).

This app has been a game changer for establishing a rhythm and relationship with the sun and my biology. This app seems nice, I got the trial full version but I don't see absolutely any difference from the free version. Also I don't know how to use it obviously. I go outside when I wake up, although it is not the sunrise (that would be around 5 something AM). I am outside during daytime, watch the sunset for 20-30 minutes and wear red coloured blue blocking glasses after that, go to bed appropriately 1 h after sunset and my sleep has only become worse.
